At Learn French Easy, we are dedicated to providing a valuable learning experience through our products and services. While we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, there may be situations where a refund request is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

  1. Live Classes
  • Customer Cancellations: Once a live class is booked, it is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations by Us: If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues), you will have the option to reschedule, receive a class credit, or request a full refund.
  1. Video Courses
  • Digital Product Refunds: As video courses are digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available after purchase.
  1. eBooks
  • Digital Product Refunds: eBooks are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  1. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical errors on our end.
  • Special situations approved by management.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to reflect on your account.
  • In cases where refunds cannot be processed via the original payment method, alternative arrangements will be made.
